Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. For larger whole-house ventilation units, we use specialized couriers to ensure safe arrival, which may extend delivery by 2 days.
What is your return policy for installed products?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened items. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, ventilation units that have already been installed cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all our fans and filtration systems come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty. Premium models often include extended coverage up to 5 years.
Can I install the ventilation system myself?
While some wall-mounted fans are DIY-friendly, we strongly recommend that whole-home heat recovery systems and ducted units be installed by a certified electrician or HVAC professional.
